Since our Grandma JoJo on my mom's side was raised Jewish, we have kept some traditional parts of the Jewish ure in our family. Just for the sake of tradition. It's fun to light the menorah every year, and watch it burn down until it looks a little something like this:
On most nights of Hanukah/Chanukah(many different spellings), we light one or two menorahs at a time, and let the kids take turns. But on the 8th and final night of Chanukah, we always light all the menorahs we have. Each child gets one menorah. Burn baby burn!

Hanna and Dad are especially entranced by the fire.

Our attempts at a family photo with all the fire. Besides Bridger, it's decent, don't you think? I like this picture below because you can see Mom and Dad reflected in the window. Dad's even got the hands and silly face goin' on to try and get Bridger's attention. Well, at least he got Aspen's!

Molly liked to look at the fire on Mommy's lap.
And what's any holiday without a couple "good jokes."
