It's hard to get Bridger to tell us about what happens at school. But one day recently, he said how Ms. Zocher read a new funny book about a pigeon driving a bus. Then the very next day, he was lucky enough to get to borrow it from the school library. He jumped off the bus waving that book in his hand to show me, so excited. He read it over and over that day. This is his favorite page.
A few weeks ago, they also celebrated the 100th day of school. (Aspen was sad they didn't do much in 2nd grade for the 100th day anymore.) Can you guess which faces Bridger drew? Hint: he LOVES drawing Veggie Tales. (He's watched a "How to Draw Me" Veggie Tale DVD, that's all about how to draw the characters. He's drawn them hundreds of times.) Can you see Madame Blueberry and Bob the Tomato in there? (Oh, Molly's partially covering up Bob the Tomato.)
